ABOUT THE FACILITY

Established in 2010, we are a Religious Corporation that provides accessible services based on its religious beliefs to a diverse population.  We are dedicated to the authentic religious use of plant medicine, and we believe everyone has their own unique path and inner healing intelligence.

Our religious and spiritual practices are based in acting from love, discerning truth, and building compassionate community.  Our projects focus on  ecological sustainability, and the sacred healing power of group gatherings, plants, and ancient wisdom traditions. This sacred land has nurtured countless individuals on healing journeys by providing a supported setting for transformative growth and healing.

We continue to measurably improve people’s lives, help inform research studies, and support guides, facilitators, seekers, and emerging communities.  We strive to nurture a progressive high quality container with thoughtful protocols, and a supportive community. We are aligned with a number of similar organizations and are committed to annual peer reviews and continuous feedback from our congregation.

WHY THIS OFFERING?

Core to our beliefs and mission is to help  people find their own unique path of growth and healing through our ceremonial services.  We believe we can expand our impact beyond our regular prayer circles by supporting emerging clergy and other practitioners in bringing intentional ceremonial work to their communities.   With the blossoming of the therapeutic use of psychedelics, a range of clinical trials are showing the efficacy of a variety of psychedelic assisted modalities.  Research has found that the mystical experience is a key factor in the therapeutic effects of psychedelic-assisted therapy. For example, studies have shown that it can induce mystical-type experiences that have both immediate and persisting effects. Additionally, these experiences have been found to be effective in treating various conditions, such as tobacco addiction, anxiety, and depression.

For a number of reasons the majority of academic training programs are not able to offer psychedelic experiences as part of their curriculum.  We aim to further our mission and share our practices to help more people discover their unique spiritual and healing paths by complementing existing training and empowering more practitioners to help facilitate these deeply personal experiences.

In our 15th year of serving a diverse regional population, we have developed simple protocols to prepare for, host, and integrate ceremonies  that allow people to develop their individual spiritual practices in a group context.  We have long collaborated with a network of religious plant medicine communities across the Americas to curate universal essentials for a spiritual and supported experience while leaving space for multiple modalities and belief systems.
